Northland electric offers a variety of electrical services for the commercial and industrial, applications. We also perform a variety of services related to the electrical field for building owners and management companies.

Design / Build services.
Northland Electric, Inc. is a California State Licensed Electrical contracting company. Electrical engineering services are available through state licensed professional engineering companies referred by Northland Electric, Inc. We assist the client with determining the general scope of work to help the client arrive at a system concept to service the client’s needs. The consulting electrical engineering firm is then brought into the process. Proposals including design fees and construction budget estimates are then developed for client consideration.
Power Quality and Demand Load studies.
Northland Electric, Inc performs power quality as well as demand load studies. This service would be of particular interest to electrical engineering firms, electrical contractors, building owners and property management companies.
Power quality studies are used to determine the conditions present for the electrical system being studied. Engineering interpretation of the data gathered is also available. Interpretations and recommendations are provided by state licensed Registered Professional Electrical Engineering firm.
Demand load studies are used to determine system capacity for existing electrical services and power panels. This data is required for Building and Safety plan check to determine capacity for expansion to existing electrical systems.
All data is recorded by digital data loggers. Lab reports prepared from the recorder are available in color on company stationery as well as on CD.
